Boston Bartenders School of America

We opened our first state licensed bartending school in Boston in 1974. Since then, BBSA has expanded to 10 state licensed locations offering students throughout New England the opportunity to learn the exciting and rewarding skill of professional bartending. We also recently merged with New England Bartending school, making us the oldest & largest bartending school system in New England!

During the past thirty-four years it has always been our goal to keep pace with the hospitality industry and provide the most thorough and complete training possible in the responsible service of alcohol.

What we offer

Our “hands-on” bartender training program gives you the skill, knowledge and confidence necessary to work behind any bar in the United States and abroad including upscale hotels and restaurants, high energy fast paced nightclubs, neighborhood pubs, country clubs, yacht basins, cruise ships, as well as catering parties and functions.

In addition to teaching the art of mixology and alcohol awareness training, our program also offers basic bar management which includes inventory controls, profit margins, product ordering and more. BBSA is often recommended in the hospitality industry to be the most complete school for training prospective bar owners and managers.
